Job description

Title: Business System Analyst/Advisor

Location: Dallas, TX (REMOTE work)

Duration: 10+ months

Rate: $Open/hr. on C2C/1099

Requirements

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :

  • Partner with the Customer Solutions organization (Commercial, Marketing and Pricing) to assist in the implementation of process improvements, automation and continuous improvement projects.
  • Manage project plans, action items, and creation of process documentation and training material.
  • Administer and Develop solutions in the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform to enable process efficiencies and point of need training.
  • Conduct multiple User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-launch validations to ensure seamless system implementation.
  • Be able to step in as Subject Matter Expert for Customer Solutions processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of project management
  • 2+ years as a business analyst
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms Preferred
  • Critical thinker that can quickly grasp new concepts and processes.
  • Ability to build relationships across multiple functions and implement processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and execute with accuracy and efficiency.
