The Opportunity
Flourish Schools is partnering exclusively with Equal Teaching - a specialist division of Equal Education Partners - to appoint a Performance Marketing Consultant on a contract basis.

This role is focused on designing and delivering high-performing digital marketing campaigns to generate inbound leads from families interested in enrolling at Flourish Schools. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving the school’s growth by reaching the right families, with the right message, at the right time.

This is a part-time, flexible consultancy opportunity (initially ~5–10 hours per week), suited to an experienced digital marketer with a strong track record in lead generation, ideally within education, edtech or parent-facing brands.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Plan and execute paid media campaigns across key platforms (Meta, Google, and others) to generate qualified inbound leads
✅ Continuously optimise campaigns to improve CPL, ROAS and conversion outcomes
✅ Develop and test compelling copy, audience targeting strategies, and creative in collaboration with the Flourish team
✅ Set up robust tracking, analytics and reporting to monitor performance
✅ Provide insights and recommendations to improve landing pages, funnels, and messaging
✅ Advise on media mix and spend allocation to support enrolment goals

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Demonstrated success in running performance marketing campaigns that deliver tangible lead generation results

🔹 Expert in paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.)

🔹 Strong analytical mindset with the ability to test, iterate and scale what works

🔹 Excellent communication skills and self-starter mentality

🔹 Experience with K–12 education or parent-focused campaigns highly desirable

🔹 Bonus: familiarity with lead nurture sequences and CRO tactics
