About the Role

Join AQMed as a part of the Product team, as we work to revolutionize heart health using AI and advanced sensing for next-gen medical diagnostics. The Product Resident, Cardiac AI GTM, will deep dive into the world of cardiac medical imaging and cardiology workflows to help evolve the standard of care for acute cardiac disease.

What You’ll Do
  • Leverage clinical data and customer empathy to define detailed patient care pathways in the hospital setting, along with clinical rationales underlying the selection of advanced medical imaging modalities
  • Model the impact of different AI classifier designs and performance levels on customer workflows, with specific attention to clinical value & decision-making processes.
  • Support data-driven refinements of clinical evidence strategy and product design
  • Validate and evolve your clinical workflow understanding through expert interviews and on-site visits to hospital settings
  • Construct quantitative models that support discrete go-to-market scenarios
  • Support go-to-market & launch plan development
Required Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a top-tier MBA program.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of pre-MBA professional experience in a highly analytical and demanding environment. Relevant backgrounds include healthcare finance, medical technology commercialization, and product management within a pharmaceutical, life-sciences or medical device company. 
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to dissect complex problems, synthesize diverse information streams, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation), with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively to senior executive audiences.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cardiovascular device and/or cardiology experience and familiarity/expertise in the electrophysiology of the heart.
  • Business case development for new product development via product management, product design, strategic finance or strategy consulting.
  • Demonstrated interest or prior experience in AI, cardiology, medical imaging or related sectors.
  • Experience working with real-world clinical data to understand clinical workflows and associated outcomes and cost. You’ve worked on multiple complex capital equipment, sensing or robotic devices in the past.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be $60k - $100k per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This role may be eligible for annual discretionary bonuses and equity.
