We ensure that financial decision makers have the tools, data, and skillsets needed to direct capital to the necessary solutions at speed and scale. Arc implements its strategy through grantmaking and proprietary products and programs delivered by our in-house capability.

  • Help establish a consistent 'Arc approach' to events, developing frameworks for different models and audience types that aligns to our brand.
  • Coordinate with venues and all suppliers, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
  • Track metrics and participant feedback, supporting post-event evaluation and learning.
  • Support post-event follow up across Arc teams and partners to take the outcomes forward.

  • Create and distribute communications – including invitations, email campaigns, web updates, and social media assets – to drive visibility and attendance.
  • Monitor engagement progress in the CRM, working with relationship managers to ensure engagement needs for their stakeholder groups are supported
  • Manage CRM segmentation to tailor regular engagement materials, invitations and communications to specific audiences.
  • Monitor marketing trends, feedback from events and engagements, and share insights with internal teams and partners.
  • Maintain the forward events calendar, ensuring visibility across teams.
  • Support the development of robust feedback processes to capture insights from our audiences to feed into workstream development
