Job Description

Our client is looking for a recruiter who can recruit for: Fullstack, platform, and backend software engineers. This will eventually convert to full time. This role is full remote, but candidates must live in either San Francisco, Seattle, or New York.

Qualifications

 

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Must live in either: San Francisco, Seattle, or New York
  • Experience recruiting for: Full-stack, platform, and backend software engineers
  • Strong understanding of software development roles and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Ability to source candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with tech industry trends and job market dynamics
