Robert Bosch Power Tool Elektromos Szerszágyártó Kft. was founded in Miskolc in November 2001, and today it has become a determining factor not only within the company group, but also in the region, becoming the largest Bosch power tool factory worldwide.

• Lead and support system rollout projects to improve the processes in plant logistics sector
• Support definition, implementation, and optimization of innovative processes
• Secure a sustainable implementation and compliance of the process standards in our plant
• Drive digitalization and automation incl. implementation of standardized Industry 4.0 solution sets
• Monitor relevant key performance indicators, initiate and manage implementation and transformation programs to build or improve processes/capabilities
• Provide process documentation, train and coach user departments on how to apply standard processes
• Intensive communication, collaboration and change management in an international environment
• Relevant university degree (Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering) with focus on Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in consulting or industry incl. project management
• Extensive business experience in production execution processes
• Knowledge in SAP LE and/or MM is an advantage
• Knowledge Production Planning Systems and Processes is an advantage
• Ability to analyze, define, implement, change and document processes and present them towards stakeholders
• Initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness and enthusiasm
• Team player with very good communication skills, fluent in English, training and moderation skills
• Ready to work in an international environment
