Robert Bosch Kft. has been established in 1991 in Budapest as part of the Bosch Group. Currently more than 4500+ colleagues are working here together, most of them within the Engineering Center Budapest. Besides that, the location serves as the Bosch south-east European sales center for vehicle parts, vehicle-diagnostic equipment, power tools, thermo technology systems and security technologies. Furthermore, corporate functions are also present, such as logistics, finance, controlling, purchasing, communication and human resources.
As the Regional Go-To-Market (G2M) & Communication Manager at Bosch Powertools, you will be at the forefront of developing and driving G2M activities for Europe & Industrialized Asia-Pacific countries (EA region), with a specific focus on crafting regionally tailored G2M strategies and supporting their implementation in the EA hubs. This role also involves actively managing regional -project based- communication topics, ensuring that local needs are met while aligning with global objectives. Additionally, you will work closely with multiple Business Units (BUs) to coordinate communications and G2M activities, supporting product launches and marketing initiatives across various regions.

Which requirements are important to us?
- Background: You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field (Master is a plus).
- Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in Go-To-Market strategies, regional communications, or marketing with a focus on implementation and localization. You have strong background in offline marketing asset creation and executing Go-To-Market strategies and localized communication plans for regional markets. Graphic Design tool knowledge is an advantage.
- Personality: You have cooperative mindset, able to deal with complexity and work individually. You have good presentation skills
- Working practice:Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders across different functions (Product, Sales, Marketing). Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating content tailored to local markets. Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and analyze the performance of G2M and communication campaigns.
- Languages: You are fluent in English. German language knowledge is an advantage.
