Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Development Engineer to lead design optimization and support serial production for our Power Tool battery systems. This role combines advanced mechanical design with a strong focus on manufacturing integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize mechanical designs for batteries with focus on automation, cost, and manufacturability
  • Support serial production through technical problem-solving, change management, and continuous design improvement
  • Collaborate closely with HQ engineering, production, quality, and suppliers to ensure reliable, scalable solutions
  • Create and maintain 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and documentation

Qualifications

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
  • 3+ years of experience in product development and serial production support
  • Proficient in CAD (e.g., Creo) and FEM tools
  • Strong hands-on mentality and cross-functional communication skills
  • Fluent in English
