You are responsible for:
► Acting as a key strategic advisor and providing essential support to managers on HR matters
► Coordinating and further developing talent and performance management processes
► Supporting and facilitating the organizational development of assigned departments through targeted HR initiatives
► Ensuring the smooth execution of HR standards, policies, and processes
► Participating in yearly succession planning efforts
► Identifying and promoting talent within the organization
► Conducting potential reviews based on your comprehensive knowledge of individuals
► Governing remuneration development by ensuring adherence to budgets and remuneration principles, as well as controlling and approving individual pay increases
► Background: University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Humanities Studies or related areas
