Your role in our mission

- Head up workstreams to design, develop, test and install complex applications software that spans server, client and web components
- Participates in code reviews
- Prepares and executes unit tests
- Participates as a member of development team
- Perform unit design
- Configures end-user or enterprise systems
- Applies company and 3rd party technologies to software solutions of moderate complexity
- Must understand mainframe integration with modern technology
- Help guide closer connections between application architects and developers to ensure design requirements are accurate and deliver a solid ROI for clients
- Show your skill at writing highly complex design, coding and testing documentation to create a technical product that meets client expectations
- Perform vital development, domain, application design, web service and database methodologies, and best practices provided by the project advisor and/or architect
- Serve as a technical consultant to senior management for complex projects — from modifying existing apps to designing new application modules and components
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of mainframe experience with CICS, COBOL, JCL, ICEMAN, IDCAMS, EZTrieve, and Expeditor.
- Must have CICS hands on experience creating MAPS
- Must have DB2 experience
- ISPW and Control-M is a plus
- Experience with:
- code reviews
- preparing/executing unit tests
- applications development
- perform unit design
- configuring end-user or enterprise systems
- understand mainframe integration with modern technology
- provider IT systems and processing are a plus
What you should expect in this role
- Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the United States
- Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required

The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
