  • Measure and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools, and optimize strategies accordingly.

Job Description
  • Create strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on digital communication channels (Notifications, In-app, onsite and mobile solutions etc.).
  • Build an inbound marketing plan (annually).
  • Manage the communication strategy of Metro offline and online retail services.
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase communication touch.
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update digital channels.
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads, GTM etc.).
  • Measure ROI and KPIs.
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date, and monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with email campaigns, Google Ads etc.
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.).
  • Perfect knowledge of CDP (Customer Driven Marketing Platforms) serving tools.
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success.
  • Analytical mindset, critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in complex, multinational environment.
  • Experience working in a retail company is a significant plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • No military obligation for male canditates (completed or exempt).

Additional Information

Head Office Working Model is Hybrid in Metro, We're working remotely on Mondays and Fridays. You can work from anywhere on these days!
