Position Overview:

We are seeking a Content Manager with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in content creation and website maintenance using content management systems (CMS). The ideal candidate will play a key operational role in creating, managing, and optimizing content for digital platforms. They will work closely with senior staff and contribute to conceptual planning when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management

• Develop, edit, and maintain digital content in line with brand and SEO guidelines.
• Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and optimized for performance across platforms.

Website Maintenance

• Manage and update content using CMS tools such as WordPress, TYPO3, Drupal, or similar systems.
• Ensure technical and visual consistency across web pages.

Support in Concept Development

• Collaborate with senior team members on the occasional development of content strategies and editorial plans.
• Contribute ideas for optimizing content structure and user experience.

Operational Coordination

• Work within cross-functional teams, including SEO experts, developers, and designers, to implement content-related tasks.
• Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

Experience:

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in content creation and website maintenance.

Skills:

• Fluent in German (written and spoken) mandatory requirement.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (e.g., WordPress, TYPO3, Drupal).
• Strong writing and editing skills tailored to digital formats.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital content best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.  

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) and basic web technologies (HTML,CSS).
• Experience working in multilingual or international content environments.
• Understanding of analytics tools to measure content performance.
• Experience with customer projects in the financial sector.
