Balanced Body is a dynamic, environmentally conscious company experiencing strong growth. As a global leader in Pilates equipment and education, we’re seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to help fitness professionals and entrepreneurs launch and expand their businesses—both domestically and internationally.

Requirements

  

This role involves daily collaboration with businesses and individual customers via phone, email, and online platforms. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and a proven ability to build lasting relationships.


Key Responsibility:


· Build and maintain strong relationships with Balanced Body customers by assessing their equipment needs.

· Deliver exceptional customer service and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

· Proactively engage with 20-50 customers per week using strategic sales techniques.

· Stay informed on industry trends and collect valuable customer feedback to support company growth.

· Manage inbound and outbound sales calls with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, and closing deals.

· Follow up on all leads promptly and professionally.

· Accurately process orders and complete administrative tasks on time.

· Meet or exceed all key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, new account generation, productivity, and quality standards.

· Advocate for our customers and ensure a positive brand experience.

· Occasionally represent Balanced Body at industry events and trade shows (5%–10% travel).

· Continuously expand knowledge of Balanced Body’s products and services.

· Collaborate effectively with the sales team to achieve shared goals.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using our CRM system.

· Perform other duties as assigned to support the company’s needs.

· An excellent verbal and written communicator


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ account management or sales experience.
  • Some college education is ideal.

Salary Range:

$18-$20 hourly + Commission. OTE $105,000
