Purpose

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and looking to grow your career in property management? Join Pan American Properties as a Regional Property Assistant (also known as a "Runner") and play a vital role in helping manage a diverse portfolio of residential communities. You’ll gain valuable field and administrative experience while working directly with our Director of Property Management to ensure operations run smoothly and properties meet company standards.

About the Role

This role is ideal for candidates with property management or field operations experience who are ready to take the next step in their career. As a Regional Assistant, you’ll support property-level operations through inspections, notice delivery, rent-ready verifications, data tracking, and resident interaction.

While the position includes some remote administrative work, it is primarily field-based. You must be comfortable traveling between properties in your assigned region and flexible enough to prioritize in-person tasks as needed. Though a portion of your responsibilities may be completed from home, this is not a remote-first role and is not suited for individuals seeking primarily home-based work.
