About this role:

The Campaign Strategist role is a rare opportunity for energetic and curious individuals who have a drive to be the best at what they do. Strategists strive to fully understand client goals, target audiences, and other company initiatives before putting together a strategic roadmap, which leads our team and the client to accomplish those goals together. The Strategist is the leader of the internal team, marshalling internal resources to hit benchmarks and making strategic refinements over time throughout the campaign to ensure success.

Requirements

Responsibilities & Requirements:


  • Cultivate a deep understanding of each client’s industry, target audience(s), brand voice and tone, competitive advantages, and campaign goals to create a clear and comprehensive strategic plan for their campaign.
  • Maintain and revise the Strategy Roadmap throughout the duration of the campaign, making strategic adjustments as needed to ensure we achieve client goals. 
  • Partner with the Project Manager to communicate the strategy roadmap and campaign results to the clients.
  • Drive upsells and renewals by identifying and presenting strategic opportunities to teammates and clients.
  • Work closely with the content team to identify keywords and search intent to align on strategic opportunities and ensure team alignment.
  • Cultivate a trusting and collaborative relationship with each client by engaging with them on regular calls, by email. Occasional client visits may also be required.
  • Create quarterly campaign analysis reports and present them to the client. 
  • Use analytics information & client feedback to continually improve and realign campaign strategy.
  • Review live deliverable links monthly/quarterly to ensure high-level strategy is executed in actual deliverables and performance is where it should be. Report findings to internal and client teams along with strategic pivots as needed.
  • Embody FPS mission, vision and values first and foremost, in all interactions daily.
  • Maintain high competency and organization in all internal platforms and systems, including Teamwork, Google Drive (Docs and Sheets), AHREFS, SEMRush, Google Analytics and other Google suite products.


Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Required fluency to read and speak English
  • Required to attend & participate in virtual meetings weekly
  • Required to type and read
  • Required to utilize Google suite products, Taskworld, Zoom, and the internet for 8 hours per day 
  • Dedicated workspace is preferred though not required
  • Required to structure environment conducive to productivity 
  • Required to have consistent access to a computer, webcam, and microphone during working hours

Salary Description
$70,000 - $75,000 Annually
