    Your Role:

    As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll provide friendly and efficient assistance to airline passengers via phone and email:

    • Help with flight reservations, ticket changes, cancellations
    • Provide information about flight availability, pricing, and services
    • Resolve customer issues with patience, professionalism, and empathy
    • Work with ticketing systems and internal tools
