Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with contact center domain experience to join our team. This role will involve analyzing and maintaining the Virtual Contact Center (VCC) system, as well as managing the Interactive Call Management (ICM) and Private Branch Exchange (PBX) components.

Responsibilities:

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Participate in walk-through, inspection, review, and onshore group meetings.
  • Ensure compliance to Project defined standards and processes.
  • Participate in the design descussions and suggest the project design.
  • Own the deliveries for the assigned project and incidents.
  • Well-versed in participating in walk-through, inspection, and review group meetings.
  • Able to interpret the given technical design into application code.
  • Convert the functional design given by PO into the technical design and implement the changes suggested.
  • Own the development environment for the project under execution.
  • Should be able to execute Unit Testing (Plan, Prepare, and Execute).
  • Communicate and interact with appropriate areas on problems, changes, and enhancements that may impact data, workflow, and functionality within SDLC.
  • Manage Incidents, problems raised against the application.

Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience in executing the complete SDLC on a project using .NET framework 2.0, 3.5, 4.0, and CORE.
  • Experience in ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server.
  • Experience wth Amazon Connect for deployment in the CX platform.
  • Experience with some of the following technologies: Server technologies (Windows 2012, Windows 2016), Client technologies (HTML, DHTML, XML, Windows Communication Foundation, AJAX, WPF).
  • Experienced in the Contact Center domain, building CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) integrations with Cisco and Avaya call management systems.
  • Ability to execute Unit Testing (Plan, Prepare, and Execute).
  • Should have a general understanding of configuration management tools like TFS, Jenkins, and GitHub.
