Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Analyst to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will manage multi-entity payroll operations, ensure accurate data flow, and provide analytical support to optimize payroll efficiency. This role involves collaboration across departments and countries and is ideal for someone eager to grow in a global, fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and verify payroll data including hours, bonuses, and deductions from multiple sources. 
  • Finalize payroll calculations, secure approvals, and support on-time disbursements across multiple regions. 
  • Prepare reports such as monthly impact summaries, payment confirmations, and variance analyses. 
  • Manage payroll for staff and contractors in multiple countries (e.g., USA, Cyprus, Poland, Ukraine, etc.). 
  • Coordinate with payroll providers, internal finance systems (e.g., 1C), and platforms like Jira and Insperity. 
  • Ensure compliance with local tax and labor laws and collaborate on reconciliation with accounting and FP&A.
  • Perform other duties as may reasonably be required in alignment with the purpose of the role. 

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a multinational or multi-entity environment. 
  • Strong knowledge of international payroll practices (especially across EU, North America, and Ukraine). 
  • Proficiency in payroll tools and platforms (e.g., 1C, Jira, Monobank, Insperity). 
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills; ability to create dashboards, summaries, and data visuals. 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting. 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
