Job description

The Executive Administrative Assistant – Product is a pivotal role supporting the Executive Vice President of Product and the broader product leadership team. This highly organized and resourceful professional ensures operational excellence by managing executive calendars, coordinating cross-functional communications, and preparing strategic reports and presentations. With advanced organizational skills, the assistant fosters efficiency and alignment across product initiatives, handles sensitive communications with discretion, and represents the product team in a highly professional manner. Strong technical aptitude, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team are essential for success in this role.

This is a remote role.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides administrative support to Executive Vice President of Product in a variety of capacities, maintaining highest standards of confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents
  • Receives and evaluates inbound communications as it relates to relevance and priority
  • Coordinates and maintains scheduling and event calendars, including travel dates and arrangements
  • Preparation of executive-level presentations, meeting notes, and strategic planning materials
  • Requires regular and consistent attendance, being reliable, responsible, and dependable in fulfilling obligations
  • Additional projects and duties as assigned

 

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers and contacts
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to represent the product team in a highly professional manner
  • Advanced computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize Microsoft 365 suite of products
  • Ability to work  both independently and within a team environment

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administrative support roles, experience supporting executives preferred

 

PAY RANGE:

CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location.  Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors:  federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions.  Our ranges may be modified at any time.

For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.  The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.

Pay Range: $18.80 - $30.34 per hour
