Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to distributors and sales partners, including training, motivation, and strategic sales guidance.
  • Oversee project tracking and manage sales engagement throughout the value chain, ensuring alignment with sales and profitability objectives.
  • Lead specification-driven sales efforts by influencing key decision-makers such as consulting engineers, building owners, and government officials.
  • Coordinate technical support and technical marketing initiatives to address customer needs and drive solution-based selling.
  • Manage administrative and strategic tasks including CRM updates, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and input on marketing and personnel plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration
  • 5-15 years experience in distributor management, product management or similar industry-related experience
  • Technical skills/aptitude in construction practices and building product applications.
  • Experience in the Construction/Building market is ideal.
  • Ability to travel 50%-60%
