Key Responsibilities

  •  Define and continuously evolve the DevOps product vision and roadmap, focusing on automation, observability, incident reduction, and platform resilience.
  • Lead the uplift of incident and problem management maturity, identifying patterns and root causes to drive long-term solutions.
  • Champion the adoption of AI for IT Operations (AIOps), leveraging AI/ML for predictive monitoring, anomaly detection, and automated remediation.
  • Prioritise and manage the DevOps backlog, aligning initiatives with business goals and technical enablers.
  • Coach and mentor Product Owners and teams to strengthen DevOps practices, agile maturity, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Partner with engineers, architects, delivery leads, and stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes across platforms and initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on DevOps KPIs, including incident trends, deployment frequency, change lead time, and system health metrics.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering environments.
  • Strong grasp of incident and problem management, ITIL practices, and their evolution in agile settings.
  • Familiarity with AIOps tools and concepts such as predictive analytics, log aggregation, and intelligent alerting.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and monitoring tools.
  • A passion for coaching and enabling teams, with a track record of uplifting agile and DevOps capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
