About the Role: 

As the Paid Social Marketing Manager within our direct-to-consumer team, you’ll be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement and revenue through paid social campaigns. You’ll lead the development and execution of data-driven strategies that connect Aura with consumers. This is a fast-paced and highly collaborative role that will work closely with our Product Marketing, Creative, and Lifecycle teams.

Day-to-Day:

  • Understand Aura’s target audiences, spearheading full-funnel paid media campaign strategies that attracts and retains Later customers

  • Operate with an audience oriented approach: Align campaigns with target audience, improving credibility, the user experience, interaction rate, and conversion rates.

  • Make strategy recommendations for content, creative, landing pages, and remarketing tactics in collaboration with web and creative team-pulling the pieces together to execute on your campaigns.

  • Utilize platform analytics, large datasets, and other tactic specific reporting to understand campaign performance, identify trends, and draw actionable insights

  • Summarize findings for team and executive leadership

  • Continuous testing and improvements: Apply insights from experiments to refine campaigns and tactics, aiming for better engagement, conversion rates, and user experience.

  • Consistently be organized and proactive: Deliver updates and data in an effective and concise manner. Execute on experiments and campaign builds in an organized fashion for transparency and collaborative understanding of results. Take into account personal and team bandwidth, as well as task priorities to balance daily workload.

  • Be results-oriented: Collaborate on creating and measuring monthly lead targets and quarterly OKRs

What you bring to the table: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 5+ years experience in performance marketing with experience in paid search and social 

  • Proven track record of managing and executing successful SEM, Paid Social, and Programmatic campaigns

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices specifically across SEM and Paid Social

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and functions to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.

Additional preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in cyber-security industry a plus

  • Experience in Google Ads

  • Excellent communication, analytical and quantitative skills

  • Experience with project management tools and operational experience designing and monitoring process to streamline workflows

  • Strong creative direction to manage asset creation with internal and external teams

  • Experience with full funnel marketing strategy in social channels

  • Possess great passion and empathy for the customer. Demonstrated ability to utilize user research and data to drive actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and improve the consumer experience

  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurably successful product launches and campaigns

  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Anticipated pay range for this position is between $125,000 and $140,000.
