This role is a key part of the Revenue Operations & Strategy team, responsible for delivering engaging, scalable onboarding and training experiences that reinforce our global processes, playbooks, and standards. You’ll partner closely with enablement, strategy, and operations leads to ensure our teams are equipped to perform at the highest level from day one.

What you’ll be doing

A day in the life of a GTM Onboarding & Training Specialist will find you doing the following:

  • Being part of a collaborative and forward-thinking RevOps organization
  • Have the opportunity to influence learning strategy, global processes, and GTM readiness at scale

The primary responsibilities for our next GTM Onboarding & Training Specialist will be to:

  • Create and maintain engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and workshops tailored to the needs of Go-to-Market teams.
  • Develop, implement and deliver a structured, hands-on onboarding program for all new go-to-market team members (Sales, Customer Success, Support, etc.).
  • Conduct live virtual and in-person training sessions that align with GTM goals, global processes, and product knowledge
  • Support ongoing enablement efforts (e.g. product launches, playbook rollouts, quarterly skill refreshers)
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure training content is aligned with current business goals and market trends.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and program evaluations.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to team members to reinforce training concepts and address any challenges they may face.
  • Manage and continuously improve role-specific learning paths using our Learning Management System (LMS)

At Fieldwire, we’re looking for our next GTM Onboarding & Training Specialist to have the following skills and experiences

  • 2–4 years of experience in GTM enablement, onboarding, or learning & development or equivalent roles.
  • Fluency in the English language with a strong comprehension of construction-related terminology and concepts.
  • Experience supporting Sales and/or Customer Success teams in a SaaS environment
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills; you’re confident presenting to small and large groups
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and RevOps teams to align on goals and drive execution
  • Experience designing and delivering both onboarding and ongoing training programs, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with enablement tools and content management systems (e.g., Sharepoint, Confluence, Articulate, Seismic, PowerPoint etc.)
