About the Role

As a Performance Management Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening our talent development efforts. Working remotely from Lebanon, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design performance frameworks, lead coaching initiatives, and drive impactful learning and development (L&D) programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and monitor robust performance management processes.
  • Facilitate L&D initiatives that empower and upskill our workforce.
  • Lead coaching sessions and support employees through performance appraisals.
  • Develop and deliver training programs aligned with company goals.
  • Guide managers in delivering effective feedback and conducting appraisal discussions.
  • Analyze performance data and recommend continuous improvement strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a corporate or regional setting.
  • Strong background in performance management and coaching.
  • Skilled in creating and delivering impactful training content.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
