About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our team. This full-time remote internship is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition. You will assist with sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews while supporting wider HR initiatives. This is a great opportunity to build real-world recruitment experience in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior coursework or experience in HR, recruitment, or talent sourcing is a plus


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards and social media
  • Screen resumes and shortlist applicants based on role requirements
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams and candidates
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers
  • Draft and post job ads on various platforms
  • Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives
  • Ensure clear and accurate communication throughout the process


Technical Requirements

  • Operating System: Windows 11 or macOS 13+
  • Storage: Minimum 256 GB
  • RAM: Minimum 16 GB
  • Processor: Dual Core (or higher)
  • Camera: HD Webcam (720p or higher)
  • Headset: Noise-cancelling preferred
  • Internet Speed: Minimum 50 Mbps
