Job description

About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer with a strong background in D2C ecommerce design, particularly across Shopify and Amazon platforms. Your role will be to design performance-driven visuals that elevate our brand presence and drive conversions across multiple digital channels.

You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate brand objectives into impactful, conversion-focused creative assets—including A+ content, product listings, paid ad graphics, email banners, and storefront visuals.


What You’ll Be Doing:

✔️ Create custom static graphics for:

  • Product listings (Shopify & Amazon)

  • A+ content and storefronts
  • Paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Email campaigns

  • Social media content

  • Pitch decks, landing pages, and more

✔️ Lead visual mockups for new campaigns: fonts, colour palettes, layouts
✔️ Collaborate with internal teams to align on requirements and project goals
✔️ Edit and iterate on existing creatives based on performance and feedback
✔️ Maintain organized libraries of design assets for reuse and reference
✔️ Support ad-hoc graphic tasks as needed across marketing & sales initiatives

Must-Haves:

🔹 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design
🔹 Strong portfolio of work across Amazon, Shopify, and D2C eCommerce brands
🔹 Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop for static design
🔹 Skilled in Figma for delivering layout and mockup designs
🔹 Clear understanding of ecommerce conversion design principles
🔹 Strong attention to detail, creative flair, and consistency
🔹 Excellent written and verbal English communication
🔹 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines


Nice-to-Haves:

⭐ Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment
⭐ Familiarity with Slack, Gmail, ClickUp, or similar team collaboration tools
⭐ Knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, and how creative impacts ad performance
