Reviews, analyzes, designs, compiles, and evaluates complex data across multiple platforms. May lead a project team to recommend to management and coordinate the implementation of new equipment/methodologies. Ensures timely completion of projects and meeting deadlines of project. Instructs, directs and checks the work of other Project Analysts. Assists less experienced analysts in problem resolution.
The Lead Project Analyst/Engineer (LPAE) is a critical role that ensures the ongoing development, coordination, and support of the Specimen Integrity System (SIS) across the entire Diagnostics enterprise. This role works closely with the SIS team and its Manager to coordinate day-to-day system operations, support, and development efforts, as well as manage rolling deployments for SIS. The LPAE also takes an active role in the development of SIS features, enhancements, and troubleshooting. This position requires an individual who can both oversee project coordination and be hands-on with development tasks, ensuring the system runs efficiently as the enterprise grows and evolves.
