Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and execution-focused Project Manager to support a portfolio of high-impact product initiatives. This role is instrumental in driving forward complex, cross-functional projects including CRM platform enhancements, agent marketing tools, onboarding systems, and enterprise infrastructure like SSO and data integration.
The ideal candidate is a master of detail, proactive in managing ambiguity, and relentless in driving accountability — both internally and with external vendors. This person thrives in fast-paced environments and serves as the operational backbone of product delivery, helping ensure that strategy is translated into outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Ownership: Plan, coordinate, and oversee delivery of product-related projects across multiple teams and platforms, from initiation through completion.
- Cross-Functional Facilitation: Act as the primary liaison between product, communications, training, marketing, IT, legal, customer success and third-party vendors to drive alignment and ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Accountability & Ownership: Proactively track progress, escalate blockers, and hold team members and external vendors accountable to deadlines, dependencies, and quality standards.
- Detailed Planning & Execution: Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, RAID logs , and documentation in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
- Ambiguity Management: Translate broad ideas and fluid requirements into actionable tasks, milestones, and measurable outcomes. Anticipate areas of misalignment and proactively drive clarity.
- Meeting Leadership: Lead status meetings, standups, vendor check-ins, and stakeholder reviews with confidence and control. Ensure each meeting results in clarity, ownership, and momentum.
- Change Management & Agility: Adapt to shifting priorities and scope changes, applying structured change management and stakeholder communication techniques.
- Reporting & Visibility: Provide clear and timely updates to executive leadership, team leads, and business partners on progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Tool & Process Optimization: Recommend and continuously improve project management frameworks and tools that support better visibility, transparency, and delivery efficiency, in partnership with Director of Strategic Programs
Years of Experience
- 5–8+ years of project management experience, ideally in SaaS or product-focused environments
Preferred Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, or related field
Required Licensing, Certificates and Skills (if necessary):
- Proven success managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and high levels of ambiguity
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage RAID logs, timelines, and dependencies with precision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels, including executives
- Strong facilitation, interpersonal, and vendor management skills; able to drive accountability across internal teams and third-party partners
- Adept at risk and issue management, change management, and navigating complex roadblocks
- High emotional intelligence, empathy, and the ability to lead through influence
- Proficiency in project management and productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Preferred Licensing, Certificates and Skills (if necessary):
- PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, technology, or a related field
- Experience in real estate technology, marketing platforms, or enterprise SaaS environments
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management and collaboration with Product Managers
- Experience integrating third-party platforms or managing vendor-led software initiatives

Hire Range/Rate:
$103,000 to $134,000
Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
