About the Role

As our Health Informatics Analyst, you will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for improving EMR functionality.
  • Configure EMR system modules and templates to meet clinical and operational requirements.
  • Partner with physicians, nurses, and department heads to evaluate EMR functionality gaps and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Serve as the internal expert on EMR systems, staying current with industry best practices and trends.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand workflow needs, and configure the EMR system to meet those needs effectively.
  • Train and support end-users, ensuring they can navigate the EMR system efficiently and maximize its capabilities.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and take the initiative to drive change.


Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare informatics or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of eClinicalWorks (eCW) with experience configuring and customizing EMR functionality.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, such as HIPAA.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of taking ownership of projects, working independently, and driving results.
  • An analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to drive initiatives and manage competing priorities effectively.

Base Salary/ Wage Range $85,000 to $95,000 plus annual bonus. Compensation for the role is commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
