Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (required); PMP or CAPM certification (preferred)
  • 3–7 years of project management experience
  • Strong familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, JIRA)
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, and organizational abilities
Preferred Skills:
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Must have experience in RCM industry
  • Must have global experience
  • Strong budgeting and resource allocation skills
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Salary: $130k-$160k annually. This position is eligible for full health insurance including medical/dental/vision, PTO, and a 401k match!
