This is a hybrid position with 2 days in the Columbia, Maryland office, and 3 days work-from-home.
The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of billing and collections. This position is responsible for preparing and managing customer invoices, verifying and recording payments, maintaining aging schedules, and responding to customer inquiries. This is a detail-oriented, high-impact role essential to supporting the organization’s financial health.
