Full Time, Permanent Opportunity for IP Implementation and Remote Deposit Analyst (Must be local to Plano, TX)

The Work Itself

This position is responsible for managing all Item Processing product implementations offered by Catalyst Corporate FCU while also delivering critical information and always exemplifying professional interactions with Catalyst members and partners to meet the customer expectations. Implementations are comprised of remote deposit products (Branch/Teller, Business, ATM/ITM and Mobile capture) and Item Processing products (Inclearings/Returns, x9 Deposits/Deposit Returns, and Member or Deposit Image Delivery) for credit unions. The analyst’s responsibilities include planning, onboarding, training, testing and validations of customer account information as well as troubleshooting technical issues related to TranzCapture, Microsoft operating systems, internet browsers, ATMs/ITM, check scanning hardware/software, and sFTP file transmissions. Other department responsibilities include software User Acceptance Testing (UAT), billing, technical writing, data analysis, reporting, and system upgrades. The position is responsible for accurately meeting departmental reporting objectives and goals for timeliness and quality. The analyst must be self-motivated with excellent organization skills, be able to multi-task and work independently with little to no supervision. The analyst should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be knowledgeable of Catalyst products and is efficient in using MS Word, Excel, and Power Point. This position resides within the IP Support Services division.

  • Experience with Excel spreadsheets including data manipulation and formula creation
  • Basic Windows PC knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and report software defects and configuration issues

  • Previous credit union or banking experience
  • Project management experience
  • Technical writing experience

  • Salesforce experience
