EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in related field. In lieu of degree, five (5) years exempt level healthcare industry experience will be considered.
LICENSING/CERTIFICATION
State of Arkansas Health and Life Insurance License or obtain within three months of hire.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum three (3) years’ experience in service management, account management, or complex data analytics & reporting.
Minimum one (1) year experience making formal presentations; preferably presenting reports, analysis and data interpretation to internal and external customers. (Presentation required as part of the hiring process)
Experience in health insurance or employee benefits is preferred.
