Efficiently handle the processing of customer orders placed through the Odoo ERP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment. Maintain the Odoo ERP by monitoring order queues, updating order statuses, and resolving any technical issues or errors encountered within the system. Collaborate with IT or technical support teams as needed for more complex issues. Coordinate with inventory control teams to ensure accurate stock levels, resolve discrepancies, and manage inventory transfers or adjustments within the Odoo ERP. Maintain accurate records of order transactions, customer interactions, and resolutions within the Odoo ERP. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, address issues, and improve overall order management processes.

Core responsibilities:

Min 2 years demonstrated expertise in using the Odoo ERP, including order processing, inventory management, and customer interaction tracking. Ability to navigate and troubleshoot the Odoo ERP platform, resolve system-related issues, and provide technical support to internal users and customers as needed.
