Weβre seeking a Solution Engineer/Business Analyst with deep experience in Salesforce CPQ, process automation, and enterprise integration to support ongoing improvements to the Lead-to-Order lifecycle for a global enterprise. Youβll play a key role in implementing enhancements across multiple Salesforce clouds, ensuring monthly delivery of key features.
π Key Responsibilities
β Salesforce CPQ & Lead-to-Order Enhancements
β’ Lead configuration and delivery of Salesforce CPQ improvements, averaging 1β3 features per month.
β’ Design and implement optimized processes for quoting, opportunity management, and order creation.
β’ Leverage advanced knowledge of Flows, standard/custom objects, and declarative tools.
π Platform Integration & Data Architecture
β’ Integrate Salesforce with platforms such as D365, RevPro, billing, and invoicing systems.
β’ Ensure consistency and security in data sharing, record-level access, and system handoffs.
β’ Support clean architecture, data integrity, and governance alignment across platforms.
π§ Solution Design & Optimization
β’ Configure and optimize standard and custom Salesforce objects.
β’ Advise on performance, scalability, and governor limits.
β’ Create and maintain technical documentation, specs, and data maps.
π― Required Qualifications & Experience
β Must-Have:
β’ 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
β’ Strong experience with Salesforce CPQ and Lead-to-Order processes.
β’ Proficiency in Flows, validation rules, sharing models, page layouts, and Lightning components.
β’ Experience delivering monthly Salesforce enhancements or continuous releases.
β’ Experience integrating Salesforce with systems like D365, RevPro, billing or invoicing tools.
β’ Understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and process automation best practices.
β’ Experience managing Salesforce deployments using change sets or DevOps tools.
β¨ Nice-to-Have:
β’ Familiarity with Apex triggers/classes (for advisory purposes).
β’ Experience in multi-system enterprise environments.
β’ Salesforce certifications (e.g., CPQ Specialist, Admin, Platform App Builder).
