We specialize in strategic PeopleOps solutions, leveraging technology and innovation to enhance recruitment, onboarding, and compliance across multiple states.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Fractional HR Administrator to support our HR Consultant in managing end-to-end HR processes. You will play a crucial role in delivering streamlined and compliant recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding Management:

    • Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences by coordinating new hire paperwork, orientation sessions, and initial training schedules.

    • Prepare onboarding documents and ensure timely distribution and completion.

    • Act as a liaison between new hires and internal departments to ensure clarity and positive onboarding experiences.

    • Maintain up-to-date onboarding materials and checklists.

    Compliance Administration:

    • Assist in ensuring HR processes and documents are compliant across multiple state jurisdictions.

    • Keep current with multi-state employment laws and regulations, advising and updating the HR Consultant accordingly.

    • Support maintenance and updating of employee handbooks and compliance documentation.

    • Coordinate employee file audits and compliance checks.

    Administrative Support:

    • Provide administrative assistance, including preparing reports, presentations, and maintaining organized HR records.

    • Respond to routine HR inquiries from employees and managers.

    • Support the implementation of HR-related projects and initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

    • Minimum 2 years of HR administrative experience, preferably with exposure to multi-state HR practices.

    • Understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes.

    • Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements across multiple states.

    • Strong organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Proficient with HRIS systems, ATS platforms, and standard office software (MS Office Suite, Google Workspace).

    • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.

    Preferred Skills:

    • SHRM-CP or PHR certification.

    • Experience working remotely or supporting remote-based teams.
