Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Remote but willing to attend an office from time to time
Job Type: Part Time and/or 90 Day Contract Position – Need Availability during business hours 9-5pm but can provide flexible hours. Has the potential to go to permanent after 90 days.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will play a critical role in driving new business opportunities through cold calling and proactive outreach. Your primary focus will be to generate qualified appointments for our Account Executives by identifying, engaging, and setting meetings with potential prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to targeted leads daily.
  • Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition and qualify prospects based on defined criteria.
  • Set appointments and schedule discovery calls or location tours for our locations
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all outreach and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Develop and execute strategic, multi-channel outreach campaigns to engage prospects, understand their specific needs and assess their fit with our workspace solutions.
  • Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to drive engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (e.g., dials, conversations, appointments set).

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a sales, telemarketing, or customer service role (B2B experience preferred).
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with making cold calls and handling objections.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of hitting or exceeding performance metrics.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle objections and demonstrate customer empathy.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Account Engagement and Apollo.io is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in hospitality, hotels, meeting and events or real estate
  • Previous experience in a high-volume sales environment.
