About the Role:
The Director of Ad Strategy & Operations is a hybrid leadership role that combines technical media expertise, client-facing strategy, and operational oversight. This person will oversee both Ads Account Management and Ad Operations, managing the execution and optimization of both auction-based and reserve media across MrBeast’s ecosystem—including YouTube, social platforms, and owned-and-operated channels.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and delivering full-funnel media solutions that integrate seamlessly with branded content, creative, and production. You’ll partner cross-functionally with sales, partner solutions, measurement, and platform teams to ensure flawless execution and drive performance for the world’s leading brands.
