As a Digital and Strategic marketing Intern, you will support the local Strategy team working within the Italian Marketing team in analyzing data, monitoring performance, and contributing to strategic initiatives
aimed at optimizing the restaurant offer and brand communication. This internship provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech company, working cross-functionally with key business teams.

 

What you will do :

  • Assist   in   analyzing   restaurant   performance   and   customer   behavior   to   support   local   business strategies.
  • Help monitor the effectiveness of strategic programs and ongoing initiatives.Support the creation of analysis, reports and presentations to track key performance indicators ( KPIs)
  • Collaborate and support Brand, B2B Marketing, and other internal teams to gather data and follow-up on marketing actions.
  • Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions and weekly business reviews.
  • Contribute to the execution of special projects and ad-hoc analyses under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Adapt global content for local marketing projects like TheFork website and social media .

What We’re Looking For : 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Communication, Marketing and Management or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with data tools (e.g. Tableau, SQL) is a plus
  • Problem-solving mindset and curiosity to understand how things work
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent in English and Italian (both written and spoken)
  • Genuine interest in the food and restaurant industry
