We’re seeking a proactive and creative Motion Designer / Marketing Motion Designer to bring our brand to life through dynamic, eye-catching videos that captivate and convert. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the visual language of our global marketing efforts and be an essential part of a cross-functional creative team.
About You:
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role, ideally in a marketing or tech company.
- Advanced proficiency in After Effects and a strong grasp of motion design principles.
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals including typography, composition, and color theory.
- Confident use of AI tools such as GPT, Midjourney, and Google Research in the creative process.
- Ability to generate concepts and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Commercial experience creating video ads for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with AI-powered video generation tools and automation techniques.
- A habit of self-optimization—constantly refining your workflows and discovering new tools to save time.
- Experience in performance marketing and understanding how to design with conversions in mind.
- A portfolio that demonstrates clear visual storytelling and a variety of creative formats.
Your Areas of Impact:
- Produce compelling motion content for various acquisition channels (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) to promote our mobile app and web platform.
- Co-create ideas and concepts for new ad creatives that stand out and reflect Promova’s brand and values.
- Continuously explore and test AI tools, integrating them into the team’s workflow to improve speed, quality, and innovation.
- Automate routine tasks to free up creative capacity—both individually and within the team.
- Work collaboratively with marketers, illustrators, and designers to deliver content that meets goals and inspires users.
