We're hiring Software Support Specialist on behalf of our Hong Kong based client, a cutting edge construction tech company that's redefining how projects are managed across the industry. Their smart, all in one platform empowers construction teams to streamline communication, automate workflows and gain real time insights bringing the entire project lifecycle into one seamless digital ecosystem. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • User Account Management 
    • Assist customers in creating and managing user accounts
    • Configure user settings and permissions according to client needs
  • System Configuration
    • Support users in adjusting software settings for optimal performance and usability
    • Troubleshoot configuration and system setup issues
  • Report Customisation 
    • Help users fine-tune and personalise reports to suit their needs
    • Liaise with developers to resolve complex reporting challenges
  • Customer Support
    • Respond to support requests via phone, email or chat with professionalism and empathy
    • Provide timely, accurate resolutions to user inquires and technical problems
  • Documentation & Training
    • Develop and maintain, support documentation and configuration guides
    • Support onboarding and training to ensure user confidence and adoption
  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement
    • Collect user feedback and relay insights to the product team
    • Recommend process enhancements to improve customer experience
Requirements: 
  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or related filed
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service or system/software support
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively
  • Comfortable with troubleshooting technical issues
  • Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage
  • Ability to communicate in Cantonese and English
