Job description

EquiLead is looking for a short-term intern to support operations, research, and engagement across our digital platform, with a strong focus on managing our growing Job Board. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in gender equity, leadership, and the social impact sector to gain hands-on experience in platform operations, content curation, and community engagement.

Duration: 3 months (starting as soon as possible)

Location: Remote (with optional in-person meet-ups if based in Delhi)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage EquiLeads Job Board end-to-end: source, curate, format, and publish relevant leadership and sectoral opportunities

2. Monitor and update job postings regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance

3. Maintain and organize internal resource libraries (videos, templates, reports, event content)

4. Conduct desk research on womens leadership, DEI, and peer communities to support

programming

5. Draft short research briefs, speaker bios, and outreach communication materials

6. Assist in virtual community events like AMAs and LinkedIn Lives, including logistics and documentation

7. Coordinate with the communications and design team to ensure timely content updates and brand consistency

Requirements:

-Strong research and writing skills

-High attention to detail, especially for formatting and curating content

-Comfort with digital tools (Google Drive, Zoom, Notion, Canva or similar)

-Interest in gender equity, leadership development, and community-building

-Prior experience managing content, communication, or event support is a plus
