Job Description:

We’re looking for a passionate and highly creative Content Creator Video Producer and Motion Graphics artist to join our design team. This individual will be responsible for crafting visually stunning and strategically impactful video content supporting our product videos, brand story and event activations.

The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of storytelling and business strategy, with a strong ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives that engage executive-level audiences. This role demands a combination of creativity, technical production skills, and collaborative finesse.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Production
  • Develop story-driven scripts and screenplays aligned with business goals and messaging
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify strategic narratives
  • Lead creative direction and storyboarding for keynote and promotional videos
• Production
  • Film original content using traditional video production methods, or generate footage using AI tools where appropriate
  • Direct shoots with attention to cinematic quality (framing, lighting, pacing)
  • Capture or source B-roll, stock, and branded visuals
• Post-Production
  • Edit and produce final video assets using Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
  • Integrate motion graphics, sound design, and other enhancements
  • Optimize videos for multiple formats: event screens, web, social, etc.
• Collaboration & Strategic Input
  • Work closely with design, marketing, and executive teams to shape messaging and align creative direction
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align video content with larger brand and business objectives

• • Be a collaborative team player who elevates the group and adapts to feedback

Job Qualifications:

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in storytelling through video, with a strong portfolio showcasing both narrative and branded content

• Strong understanding of business strategy and executive-level communication

• Advanced skills in video production, including scripting, directing, filming, and editing

• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.)

• Familiarity with 3D tools like Cinema 4D or Blender is a strong asset

• Experience using AI tools in creative workflows is a plus

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially with non-creative stakeholders

• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders effectively

Nice to Have

• Experience producing content for large-scale events or conferences

• Background in branded storytelling or documentary-style video

• Awareness of industry trends and a passion for pushing creative boundaries
