Weβre looking for two Salesforce QA Engineers to support complex testing efforts across Salesforce CPQ, integrations, and UAT cycles. Youβll be responsible for validating mission-critical features through a mix of manual and automated QA, supporting CI/CD pipelines and agile delivery.
π Key Responsibilities
π§ͺ Test Planning & Execution
β’ Design and execute functional, regression, UAT, and integration test plans.
β’ Build and maintain comprehensive test case libraries based on business requirements.
β’ Test across Salesforce, web, and mobile environments.
π§ Automation & Tooling
β’ Create and run automated test cases using Selenium, Katalon, or similar tools.
β’ Manage bugs and test execution tracking via Jira or other ticketing systems.
β’ Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project teams during the sprint lifecycle.
π¦ Release & UAT Support
β’ Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
β’ Generate release notes, support demos, and provide real-time QA responses during client-facing testing cycles.
β’ Work within Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to ceremonies and sprint planning.
π― Required Qualifications & Experience
β Must-Have:
β’ 3+ years of experience in QA roles (manual and automation) in enterprise environments.
β’ Proven experience testing Salesforce platforms, including CPQ, integrations, and flows.
β’ Experience with QA tools like Selenium, Katalon, and Jira.
β’ Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
β’ Experience supporting web and mobile testing.
β’ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and continuous QA workflows.
β’ Salesforce experience is mandatory; certifications are a plus.
β¨ Nice-to-Have:
β’ Experience testing Salesforce CPQ features and quoting flows.
β’ Familiarity with UAT coordination or direct client-facing QA.
β’ Hands-on experience testing integrations with ERP or billing platforms.
