Who We Are
At Jordan CPA Services, we’re building a firm where we’d want to work, rooted in growth, transparency, and a true love of collaboration. We’re a traditional bookkeeping, tax, and accounting firm, but more like a teaching hospital - “see one, do one, teach one” - learning skills, empowering clients, and mentoring teammates. Our clients trust us for clear communication and efficiency, but also for the precision and expertise that helps them feel confident in their numbers.
Our culture isn’t the noise of corporate grind, it's the quiet hum of clarity and mutual respect. Jordan is a place for professionals who hold a high bar for themselves, bringing tenacity and consistency to their work. Our vision is to not just be the best place to work, but an intentionally balanced environment for the kind of people who understand drive and want to create with us.
Who You Are
For this role we’re looking for a seasoned pro who’s ready to lead, not just execute. You won’t be slogging data entry, reconciliations, or payroll. Instead, you’ll be reviewing financials, managing 15–25 client relationships, mentoring bookkeepers, participating in client strategy, advisory, and doing cleanup, elevating the work and our teams across the board. You’re driven, insightful, and comfortable taking feedback as fuel.
You’ve outgrown the grind and are ready to bring controller-level insight to the table: leading client meetings with focus, explaining financials with confidence, and helping business owners better understand gross profit, cash flow, and trends across their balance sheet and income statements.
You think critically, communicate clearly, and are as sharp on-camera as you are setting internal standards. We’re building a team that sees and reflects back your value in how you're supported, trusted, and challenged. This is your permission slip to do great things without sacrificing yourself in the process.
