Workplace Arrangements:

This role will follow a hybrid remote/onsite schedule. Applicants for this role can expect to work from home two days per week, and travel to store locations and our Ottawa Head Office, on Walkley Road on an 8-5 schedule.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Deliver in-store training and provide hands-on support to accelerate deployment and build operational readiness

  • Conduct store visits to pilot, observe, validate, and solicit feedback on new processes throughout the change lifecycle. 

  • Support the implementation of new initiatives to ensure successful store deployment.

  • Document, maintain, and synthensize operational process flows and SOPs to reflect the most up-to-date store operations processes.

  • Maintain and update key internal and external programs such as mystery shop, inventory services, store hours, and store structures

What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma, plus 1-2 years of relevant retail experience

  • Knowledge of retail business policies, processes and procedures.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, and work independently

  • High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills

  • Ability to communicate virtually on a regular basis, and participate in calls via MS Teams.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
