Join Us in Driving Business Technology Transformation!

We are seeking a dedicated Business Technology Manager (d/f/m) to join our Business Systems & Integration department, with a focus on financial systems. As a finance technology expert and solution architect you excel both in business and technology. You lead finance Microsoft 365 Dynamics Business Central and Salesforce implementations and integrations with your system related expertise. You will translate business processes into technology solutions, driving project success from initiation to launch and deliver high quality outcomes.

Your Role in our team:

• Oversee finance technology project implementations end-to-end and work with software engineering teams to specify and develop solutions

• Design and manage technology integrations between Salesforce, Business Central and other systems such as backend applications and Business Intelligence, ensuring data integrity and system compatibility

• Analyze finance-related business processes, turn them into business technology solutions, ensuring best practices and automation opportunities

• Lead finance migration projects from legacy systems to Salesforce or Business Central

• Lead risk assessment, quality assurance and testing for system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements

• Perform advanced troubleshooting for critical system issues

• Provide end-user training and support to ensure adoption 

What you bring to our team:

• Bachelor's or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, ERP Finance, or a related field

• Demonstrated experience in managing finance technology projects with end-to-end accountability and working with software engineering teams

• Proven expertise in Business Central or Salesforce implementations

• Hands-on tech experience with finance migration projects and data migration

• Knowledge of finance & accounting principles, business process automation, and finance system integration

• Experienced in risk management and quality assurance, system and user acceptance testing

• Analytical and data-driven approach for decision-making to align and decide fast

• Strong communication and facilitation skills with business and engineering stakeholders, thereby creating focus and prioritisation.
