Job Description: Manage a team of CPQ Administrators, including contractors. Programming within the Big Machines/Oracle CPQ environment to allow for new CPQ configurations and options, to fix existing processes, and to improve customer speed to quote and accuracy to shop floor production. Maintain data tables of available product options. Prioritize work with key stakeholders from multiple departments and global facilities. The ability to create error definitions when troubleshooting reported error for the appropriate solution to be implemented with subject matter experts (SMEs) and programmers, and subsequent testing of any changes in both test and production environments. User acceptance Testing (UAT) and approval. Assist with annual price changes which may require updated data tables or programming calculations. Supervises 2 Digital Sales Tools Analyst – Administrations. Position is 100% remote reporting to company headquarters in Charlotte, NC.
Job Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Requires 3 years of experience. Must have some experience in each of the following skills: Working with business processes including engineering, sales, and manufacturing; Product design including technical specifications, engineering drawings, part numbers, product structures, and routings; Oracle CPQ cloud, BML, and BMQL; XSL, XML, BMQL, HTML, and JavaScript; CPQ commerce module steps, process action, data column, and formula management; Configuring and setup of CPQ Configuration, Commerce, Document Engine and its integration with Pricing, Inventory, and Item Master modules; Troubleshooting and production support; Code deployment and migration plan; Integration to connect Oracle CPQ cloud with other applications; and Oracle CPQ pricing module, Data Table management, Bulk data upload, File manager, and User manager.
