The role

We’re looking for a Sponsorships Manager to help grow brand partnerships across our ever-expanding slate of Fever Originals and Official Partnerships.

Based in Milan, you’ll work closely with the Head of Brand Partnerships to scale sponsorship efforts internationally, developing impactful relationships with top-tier brands and delivering best-in-class activations.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment — and is excited by the opportunity to shape the way global brands engage with culture.

What you’ll do
  • Drive sponsorship growth across key Fever events and experiences, from ideation to execution.
  • Identify, pitch, and close new sponsorship opportunities, cultivating long-term brand partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Event Production) to craft and deliver custom sponsorship proposals that align with brand objectives.
  • Develop and present compelling pitch decks and sponsorship packages, tailored to client needs and industry trends.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of sponsorship activations, ensuring all contractual obligations and experiential touchpoints are flawlessly executed.
  • Maintain and grow strong client relationships, with a focus on upselling, renewals, and long-term value.
  • Analyze performance and ROI, producing regular reports and feedback loops to optimize future activations.
Who you are
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in event sponsorship sales, preferably in media, entertainment, or cultural marketing.
  • You have a strong network of brand and agency contacts, particularly in Italy and across Europe.
  • You’re an exceptional communicator and presenter — equally confident in the boardroom and over Zoom.
  • You’re both strategic and hands-on: comfortable shaping deals, building decks, and leading conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • You’re entrepreneurial by nature, with a can-do mindset and a track record of navigating ambiguity.
  • You’re data-driven, creative, and know how to translate brand goals into real-world activations.
