Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

The Google Ads Manager will take ownership of paid search strategy and execution for up to 25 accounts, acting as both the performance lead and primary client contact. You'll plan and launch campaigns, write compelling ad copy, run optimizations, and lead monthly strategy reviews. This is a unique chance to help shape the foundation of a high-impact department within a high-growth agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts (Slack, video, email).
  • Build, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google (Search, Display, Local).
  • Write clear, conversion-focused ad copy tailored to home services.
  • Lead monthly client performance reviews and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Guide clients through onboarding and coordinate fast campaign launches.
  • Translate campaign performance into business-relevant insights and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal designers, conversion tracking experts, and leadership.
  • Use GoHighLevel CRM for workflows, lead nurturing, and tracking.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Local).
  • Prior work with local service businesses or within a digital agency.
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable running client strategy calls.
  • Skilled in writing ad copy and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple clients effectively.
  • A growth mindset and drive to build a top-tier Google Ads practice.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working with home service clients (e.g., roofing, HVAC, plumbing).
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM (automations, pipelines, lead tracking).
  • Understanding of GA4 setup and conversion tracking best practices.
  • Previous experience with U.S.-based clients or agencies.
  • Knowledge of Monday.com, Slack, or similar team tools.
